Assist in the planning and delivery of personalized education plans for students with special needs.
Provide one-on-one support and small group assistance in academic activities.
Help students with daily routines, including mobility and personal care when required.
Support classroom management and encourage positive behavior.
Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the students' social and emotional development.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to monitor and track student progress.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student needs and achievements.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
Qualifications
:
Experience working with children with special needs is highly desirable.
A relevant qualification in Special Education, Child Development, or a related field is an advantage.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children with special needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
A commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive, and safe environment for all students.
