Responsibilities:
Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet each student's individual needs.
Provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support in and outside the classroom.
Collaborate with parents, therapists, and support staff.
Maintain records and track student progress.
Foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
Experience working with students with disabilities or learning difficulties
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus)
