Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide specialized instruction and interventions.
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies to meet each child's unique needs.
Monitor student progress and adjust support as needed, providing regular feedback to parents and teachers.
Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages independence, creativity, and confidence in young learners.
Promote social and emotional development by helping students build positive relationships and self-regulation skills.
Stay informed on best practices and new strategies in special education, participating in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
Experience working with young children, preferably in a special education or inclusive Kindergarten setting.
Strong understanding of early childhood development and special education best practices.
Ability to differentiate instruction and use a variety of strategies to support diverse learning needs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping children reach their full potential.
