Our team works in a collaborative environment with a child-first approach, offering speech, occupational, ABA, and educational support services under one roof.

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Special Educator to support children with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about inclusive education, capable of creating individualized learning plans, and comfortable working closely with therapists, families, and schools.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's learning goals Adapt teaching strategies and classroom materials to meet developmental and cognitive needs Conduct regular assessments to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and behavioral therapists for integrated care Support parents with strategies to reinforce learning at home Maintain detailed documentation and communicate progress reports
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field Prior experience in special education or working with children with additional needs is an advantage Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus Open to freshers with the right qualifications and passion for the field Candidates under spouse visa are preferred Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
