Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse learning requirements.
Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
Collaborate with parents, counselors, and specialists.
Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
Experience working with students with special needs.
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and interventions.
Certification in special education is a plus.
