to join our English Department and support non-Arab students with diverse learning needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing students' abilities, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), implementing effective instructional strategies, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure each student's academic and emotional success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and assess students with special educational needs (SEN) using appropriate tools and methods.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's learning goals.
Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to support students' academic and behavioral development.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt lesson plans, materials, and teaching strategies.
Monitor, record, and report students' progress regularly to parents and school leadership.
Conduct ongoing evaluations and modify teaching methods based on student performance.
Support the creation of an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Participate in professional development sessions and contribute to the overall SEN department goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Special Education
(mandatory).
UAE Equivalency Certificate
for educational qualification (required).
Proven experience working with students with learning difficulties, behavioral challenges, or other special needs.
Strong command of
English (spoken and written)
.
Experience working with
non-Arabic-speaking students
preferred.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Must hold a
valid UAE residence visa
