Technical/Center Manager - Stars Rehabilitation Center for People of Determination, Abu Dhabi.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical/Center Manager with a strong background in technical process and a solid foundation in the field of rehabilitation, special education, or applied behavior analysis (ABA). The ideal candidate must possess exceptional English communication skills, and preferably hold a DCD License.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation center to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. Implement and monitor technical processes to ensure compliance with relevant guideline and standards. Supervise multidisciplinary teams including therapists. Special Education, and support staff. Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and adherence to confidentiality policies. Conflict resolution and staff management. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and stakeholders, maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Coordinate with external regulatory bodies for licensing, inspection, and compliance requirements. Lead and contribute to internal training initiatives and team development.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, or any related field. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Special Education or as a therapist. Certificate of Recognition ( Equivalency) from Ministry of Education is mandatory. Strong background in technical and operational processes in rehabilitation center. Bilingual proficiency is required. With a strong emphasis on English fluency (both spoken and written) Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a diverse team in a dynamic and client-centered environment. QBA / QASP - S or any other professional license or certifications Preferably holds a valid DCD license but not mandatory.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
