Parts Sales Executive

What You'll Do:

Be the face of our brand

- handle parts inquiries and sales through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and email. Understand customer needs and offer

the perfect parts solutions

to match. Prepare competitive quotations, follow up like a pro, and

close the deal

. Visit clients regularly to strengthen relationships and grow our customer base.

Upsell

accessories, lubricants, and add-on products to maximize revenue. Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to meet internal parts needs. Maintain accurate records of sales, quotations, and client interactions. Assist in inventory management--stock checks, reordering, and neat organization. Use cataloguing systems and inventory software for quick and precise part identification. Resolve any customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-first approach.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years

experience in automotive parts sales or a similar role. Strong knowledge of automotive parts & cataloguing systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Computer literate with good typing speed (

30-40 WPM

). Goal-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

It's a Plus If You Have:

Experience with

European, German, or luxury vehicle brands

. Multilingual skills (English, Arabic, Hindi, or others). A valid UAE driving license. Residence in or near

Dubai or Sharjah

(strongly preferred).
