for overseas clients. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual contributor with experience in spare parts sales, excellent client handling skills, and a good understanding of logistics and documentation for export markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle direct sales of spare parts to overseas clients.
Manage the complete cycle: inquiry, quotation, order confirmation, and dispatch.
Generate and follow up on quotations and proforma invoices.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for back-to-back order fulfillment.
Ensure proper documentation (packing list, invoice, export papers) is prepared for every order.
Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with international customers to encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on parts catalogues and product availability.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in spare parts sales, preferably in the export/overseas segment.
Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts (multi-brand is a plus).
Hands-on experience with back-to-back order processing and export documentation.
Good written and verbal communication in English; other languages a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP systems.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
