Responsibilities
Professional selection of spare parts
using VIN numbers and electronic catalogs (TecDoc, Etka, Microcat, Laximo, etc.).
Consulting clients and managers: brand recommendations, equivalents, timelines, and pricing.
Processing orders, checking availability, coordinating delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Solving non-standard situations: finding alternatives, handling discontinued items, optimizing lead times.
Working with databases and internal systems (Excel, 1C or similar ERP).
Requirements
Proven experience in auto spare parts
(minimum 2 years in selection/sales or warehouse roles).
Deep knowledge of OEM and aftermarket brands, catalog cross-references, and substitutions.
Ability to read and interpret VIN codes correctly.
Client-oriented mindset, flexibility, and result-driven approach.
Clear communication skills and technical understanding.
Confident PC user (Excel, 1C or other platforms).
