. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Spanish as a foreign language and will be able to engage students of varying age groups and language proficiency levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver interactive and effective Spanish lessons based on the institute's curriculum.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' individual learning needs.
Provide clear explanations of Spanish grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare classroom materials and activities to support lesson objectives.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Certification in teaching Spanish as a foreign language (e.g., ELE, DELE, or similar).
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to teach in-person classes in Sharjah on an hourly basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CEFR levels (A1-C1).
Ability to use digital tools and online platforms for teaching, if needed.
Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not required.
Working Conditions:
Hourly-based compensation.
Flexible schedule based on student demand and class timing.
Classes may be held on weekdays and/or weekends.
