What You'll Do

• Deliver a range of spa services including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures, and pedicures in line with established standards
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Conduct consultations with guests to assess their needs and recommend suitable treatments
• Maintain strong product knowledge and advise guests on spa products and their benefits
• Promote retail items and spa services to enhance the guest experience and meet revenue goals
• Keep accurate records of treatments performed and products used
• Adhere strictly to hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure guest safety and comfort
• Ensure all spa equipment is maintained in proper working order and report any issues promptly
• Collaborate with fellow spa team members to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on new spa techniques, products, and industry trends

Ideal Profile

• Certification or diploma in massage therapy, spa therapy, or related field
• Previous experience as a spa therapist or wellness practitioner in a hotel or resort environment preferred
• Strong understanding of various massage modalities and body treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, presentable, and attentive to guest needs
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
• Team-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and development
