Consult with clients to tailor-make their needs and special requests.
Delivers different type of treatment such as massage, scrubs, body wraps and facial treatments.
Suggests additional treatments and produce successful retail sales.
Possess thorough knowledge of Spa Menu and retail products in order to assist guest by providing information and suggestions on all products and services within the Spa and Wellness Facilities.
Maintains massage environment in neat, clean and organized manner.
Consistently achieves client satisfaction through delightful service and high-quality treatments.
Ensuring clients are well-informed about the therapy process, maintaining their comfort during the treatment, and discussing aftercare as well as spa products to be used post-therapy for an appealing look and better fee
