We need a Female Spa Therapist our spa .
We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for passionate people to maintain the sense of health and hush in our spa. First and foremost, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Spa Female Therapist with a great deal of wellness knowledge.

The Spa Female Therapist is responsible for performing all spa treatments to guests in a professional manner and at an exceptional service level.

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all departmental policies and procedures.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
• Accommodate all guest requests expediently and courteously.
• Participate in the property\xe2\x80\x99s sustainability initiative through energy conservation and the use of recycling programs and materials.
• To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as lay down by the Spa Manager.
• the notes for each guest in Spa to ensure that they are being completed and up to date.
• To cover Spa Attendant duties as and when required.

You must be passionate about guest service, have a previous experience in the same role from a luxury environment and have outstanding interpersonal skills with an energetic and vibrant personality. You must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, Russian.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed therapist in a luxury hotel setting
• Must possess a license in massage therapy and a certification in a cosmetology, aesthetic, or related field
• A working knowledge of skin care therapies,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: English Language
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of holistic concepts and treatments
• Professional grooming and demeanor
• Self-motivated
• Comfortable performing treatments for at least 8 hours
• Knowledge of current spa trends, industry and philosophy (balance, relaxation, unity, and a healthy lifestyle)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month plus 5 % Commission and 5% on retail

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
