Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as Spa Therapist where you will deliver consistent, high-quality spa and wellness treatments that meet our hotel brand standards, drive guest satisfaction, and support commercial performance of the spa.

ABOUT THE JOB

Deliver a range of spa treatments in line with brand standards and treatment protocols. Carry out professional guest consultations, identifying needs, preferences, and contraindications. Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety at all times. Create a calm, welcoming, and safe environment throughout the guest journey. Promote and sell spa treatments, retail products, and packages to support revenue targets. Ensure correct use, care, and storage of products and equipment. Support daily spa operations including treatment room preparation, stock control, and opening/closing duties. Work collaboratively with spa and hotel teams to deliver consistent service standards. Handle guest feedback professionally and take appropriate action to resolve issues.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Spa Therapist or equivalent Must hold formal qualifications in wellness, beauty therapy or massage therapy. Strong communication skills in English is required. French, additional languages are an advantage Well-groomed with a high standard of personal hygiene Enthusiastic and willing to learn Positive and energetic personality
