Role Overview:

IIQAF is looking for a passionate and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to work in the vibrant hospitality industry, providing exceptional wellness services to our valued clients.


As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality treatments and therapies that enhance the overall wellness experience. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each guest receives personalized care in a relaxing environment, contributing to their rejuvenation and satisfaction. This position offers a competitive salary range of 7,500 - 8,500 AED monthly and the chance to grow your career in a supportive and enriching atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Provide a variety of spa treatments, including massages and facials Assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate therapies Maintain a clean and organized treatment room Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Build and maintain relationships with clients Stay updated on the latest spa trends and techniques Assist in promoting spa services and packages Collaborate with other team members to enhance guest experiences

Requirements:

Certification in massage therapy or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Passion for wellness and customer service Basic knowledge of skincare products and treatments Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to handle client concerns professionally Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment is a plus
