Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a relaxing and positive experience
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Qualifications
Certified Massage Therapist
Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred
Strong knowledge of massage techniques and spa treatments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic
