To share daily activity highlights with the Manager including internal and external guest opportunities.
Is responsible for controlling the access to the Spa area.
Check bookings for the spa if there is any change or modification in these bookings.
To continuously maintain and service all equipment's related or assigned to the department, as specified in equipment manuals.
To be flexible with working hours.
To project a positive and motivated attitude.
To be fully conversant with first aid.
Assisting clients in all aspects regarding their treatment with complete information about the types of treatments offered, products used and working methods.
To be aware of and to report all guest comments or complaints.
To be aware of all VIPs visiting or staying in the hotel.
Perform all massages & treatments in accordance with the hotel procedures and legal regulations
Participate in all trainings organized by The Canvas or Myst Spa.
To daily follow the checklists.
To up sell the Spa services
To inform the guest of all the services available at the Spa
Be aware of all hotel events and activities
Ensure that the guest service is excellent so that he/she will return to the Spa Understand and comply with all health and safety regulations for the Spa
Have knowledge of the services offered by the hotel and encourage the guests to use them during their stay at the hotel
To always keep the working area clean and well maintained.
To provide safe working environment using appropriate materials, equipment's and supplies.
To offer a warm welcome to all guests and ensure that they enjoy their stay.
To personally greet and escort the guests rather than pointing out directions.
To respect the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information.
To manage any guest complaint in a professional manner, by resolving it, recording it and making sure the guest is satisfied.
To call the supervisor or manager for advice in serious cases or if an approval is required.
To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards.
To provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
To maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all other departments.
To be aware of the Hotel's Employee Handbook and understand and adhere to the Hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
To comply with UAE legislation as required.
To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the hotel.
To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.
To attend training and meetings as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,050.00 per month
