Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in treatment rooms and work areas.
Prepare treatment rooms with appropriate equipment, linens, and products.
Ensure proper draping and comfort for clients during treatments.
Uphold confidentiality and provide exceptional customer service.
Keep accurate records of treatments performed.
Promote spa services, membership programs, and retail products.
Follow all spa protocols, policies, and health regulations.
