Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of spa treatments (massages, scrubs, facials, etc.) according to company standards.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the spa area.
Recommend suitable treatments and promote spa products and packages.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Work closely with the management team to maintain a high level of service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist (minimum 2 years preferred).
Knowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, etc.).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Certification in massage or spa therapy is required.
Presentable, professional, and client-oriented.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
