Position Overview

We are seeking three professional Spa Therapists (Masseuses) to join Blaura's founding wellness team.

The ideal candidates will have proven experience in five-star hotels or resort spas, strong technical expertise in various massage techniques, and the ability to create a deeply relaxing, safe, and restorative experience for every client.

A calm presence, professional demeanor, and genuine care for guests' wellbeing are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality spa treatments and massages with professionalism, consistency, and care. Be fully trained and certified in prenatal and postpartum massage techniques, ensuring safety and comfort for expecting and new mothers. Perform a wide range of therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, and hot stone massages. Conduct client consultations to understand specific needs, contraindications, and wellness goals. Maintain exceptional hygiene and treatment room presentation at all times. Support daily operations by preparing rooms, managing product use, and assisting with setup and closing routines. Collaborate with the Spa & Salon Manager to uphold service standards and guest satisfaction. Promote additional treatments or packages when appropriate, always with integrity and respect. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness protocols.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a professional Spa Therapist in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end wellness centers. Certified in a variety of massage modalities, including prenatal and postpartum treatments. Strong understanding of anatomy, pressure points, and bodywork techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity toward diverse client needs. Presentable, disciplined, and able to work calmly in a refined environment. Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage. Must hold valid certification or license recognized in the UAE or internationally.
