Female Spa Therapist (Permanent Spa - Premium Gym)

Pay:

4,000.00 - 5,000.00 AED per month (depending on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Female Spa Therapist with a

minimum of 5 years' experience

in massage therapy. The ideal candidate must be highly knowledgeable in multiple massage techniques and spa treatments, able to adapt to diverse client needs, and committed to delivering outstanding experiences. Experience with

Fresha booking software

is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a wide range of massage therapies and spa treatments tailored to client needs. Provide a luxury, professional, and welcoming environment within the spa. Maintain excellent hygiene standards, ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are always clean and ready. Build strong client relationships, ensuring repeat visits and high satisfaction levels. Adhere to company protocols, safety standards, and brand values. Work split shifts (morning and evening), in alignment with spa and gym operating hours. Stay up to date with new techniques and industry trends through ongoing learning.

Qualifications:

Minimum of

5 years of professional experience

as a Spa Therapist (luxury spa, wellness center, or hotel environment preferred). Certified in massage therapy and qualified in a variety of techniques (deep tissue, aromatherapy, sports massage, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible split shifts. Fresha software knowledge preferred. Professional appearance and commitment to excellence.
