Develop personalized treatment plans using various spa therapies and techniques.
Perform massage therapy, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy massages.
Administer body treatments such as scrubs, wraps, and masks to exfoliate and hydrate the skin.
Provide facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and mask application.
Maintain and sanitize spa equipment, tools, and linens to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure overall client satisfaction.
Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper sanitation practices.
Stay informed about spa products, ingredients, and benefits to recommend appropriate products.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of client information.
Assist in marketing and promoting spa services to attract and retain clients.
Manage scheduling, appointments, and payment processing efficiently.
Uphold ethical standards and respect client privacy at all times.
Seek feedback from clients to continuously improve services and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Holder of a valid residence visa is a plus.
