As part of our expansion, we will also be opening a medical wellness clinic adjacent to the spa.
Candidates with experience in aesthetic or wellness therapies will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body therapies, and wellness rituals to the highest standards.
Provide personalized guest service with professionalism, discretion, and care.
Maintain treatment rooms and common areas to top hygiene and presentation standards.
Stay up to date with new techniques, products, and industry best practices.
Promote retail products and spa services effectively.
Work collaboratively with the spa and clinic teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
Certification in massage therapy and/or beauty therapy.
Deep knowledge of various massage techniques and skincare treatments.
Excellent grooming, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor.
Preferred:
Experience with medical aesthetics, slimming, or wellness treatments is a plus.
Multilingual candidates are an advantage (Arabic, Russian, or Chinese preferred).
Knowledge of spa booking systems is a bonus.
