Job Description
The Head Therapist is responsible for leading the team of therapists to deliver high-quality treatments and exceptional guest service. This role involves hands-on treatment delivery, training, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer care. The Head Therapist ensures that all treatments meet company standards and that client satisfaction is consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of therapists to ensure high standards of service delivery. Perform a variety of spa or therapeutic treatments (e.g., massage, facials, body treatments, etc.). Conduct regular training and upskilling sessions for therapy staff. Evaluate therapists' performance and provide ongoing feedback. Maintain client records and ensure proper documentation of treatments. Oversee the hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance of therapy rooms and spa equipment. Manage therapist schedules and assist with staffing needs. Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and promptly. Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new treatments when applicable. Monitor stock levels of therapy supplies and request replenishment when needed. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards. Collaborate with management on promotions, treatment packages, and guest service improvements.
Requirements:
Diploma or certification in massage therapy or relevant therapeutic field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
