Job Description

We seek a dedicated and professional Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in various body treatments and massages, providing exceptional services that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being. As a Spa Therapist, you will create a serene and soothing environment for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable and rejuvenating experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including but not limited to massages (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy), body scrubs, facials, and other therapies. Consult with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend personalized treatment plans. Ensure guest comfort and maintain the highest levels of service quality during each session. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and ready for each guest. Provide guests with information on available spa packages, treatments, and products. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on spa services, products, and trends to offer recommendations to clients. Uphold the spa's standards of hygiene and safety, following all health and safety protocols. Contribute to a positive and professional spa atmosphere, working collaboratively with other staff. Handle any guest inquiries or concerns in a calm, friendly, and effective manner.

Requirements:

Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field. Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or Massage Therapist, with expertise in a variety of treatments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong knowledge of massage techniques, skin care treatments, and body therapies. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High level of professionalism, with a focus on guest satisfaction and confidentiality. Physical stamina to perform treatments over extended periods.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
