JOB SUMMARY
Main Duties/Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag and follow good hygiene habits at all times

\xc2\xb7Replenish all necessary items in male/female spa promptly.

\xc2\xb7Perform professional services according to standards with attention to detail and in a prompt timely manner.

\xc2\xb7Advise guests of spa service programs, treatments and products available at the spa.

\xc2\xb7Assist in promoting spa & body care products to guests and offer full product knowledge.

\xc2\xb7Request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.

\xc2\xb7Ensure all treatment rooms are fully set up before beginning a treatment according to standards and procedures.

\xc2\xb7Communicate through appropriate guest cards any guest related matters, products or equipment needs, technical service requests, etc.

\xc2\xb7Assist in keeping accurate written records of treatments and products used in view of repeat guests.

\xc2\xb7Participate in on-going training, with assistance from your designated trainer and continue to study your skill.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
\xc2\xb7Minimum of two years\' experience in performing therapy services in 5* hotel

\xc2\xb7High school graduate

\xc2\xb7CIDESCO Qualified

\xc2\xb7ITEC Qualified

\xc2\xb7CIBTAC Qualified

\xc2\xb7Completed state required therapy anatomy and physiology course or internationally recognized therapy qualification

\xc2\xb7Ability to communicate fluently in English language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally

\xc2\xb7Excellent interpersonal skills,

\xc2\xb7Anticipate guest\xe2\x80\x99s needs and respond with congenial hospitality

\xc2\xb7Highly organized, ability to multi-task and work well within a team.
