Responsibilities

Establishes good rapport with guests while maintaining appropriate guest-employee relationships.

Prepares treatment areas according to specifications at the end of each treatment.

Knows the benefits, indications and contraindications of all spa services, professional and retail products.

Commits to follow strictly Four Seasons Spa code of Ethics, Conflict of interest and Client privacy policies

Complies with Four Seasons standard culture and operational criteria and provides retail prescription cards

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Previous at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within the same role in a 5* luxury Hotel.

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.

Licensed massage therapist, holistic health practitioner is a plus.

Certified Therapist.

Knowledge of Russian language will be an advantage.
