Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, body therapies, facials, and wellness services, according to luxury spa standards.
Provide personalized consultations to understand guest needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and treatment room preparation.
Create a calm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all guests.
Ensure correct use, care, and storage of spa equipment and products.
Promote spa services, packages, and retail products in a professional manner.
Handle guest feedback or concerns with discretion and professionalism.
Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures consistently.
Maintain accurate treatment records and daily reports as required.
Support spa operations, including assisting with special promotions and VIP guest services.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a
luxury hotel, resort, or high-end spa environment
.
Professional certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and wellness practices.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with international luxury spa brands or five-star hotels.
Knowledge of multiple massage techniques and holistic therapies.
Multilingual skills are an advantage.
