We are seeking experienced and guest-focused

Female Spa Therapists

to join a prestigious and internationally recognized

luxury hotel and resort group in Qatar

. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in high-end hospitality and a genuine passion for delivering personalized, top-quality spa treatments and wellness experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of professional treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, and holistic therapies. Provide personalized and high-standard spa services tailored to individual guest preferences. Greet guests warmly, conduct consultations, and recommend appropriate therapies or spa packages. Maintain treatment rooms and spa facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness. Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue goals. Ensure complete guest comfort, relaxation, and privacy throughout each treatment. Assist with spa operations, including inventory control and guest coordination when needed. Adhere strictly to all hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy or related field from a recognized institution.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or premium wellness center.

Proficient in various techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, facials, body treatments, and nail care. Strong understanding of anatomy, skincare, and holistic wellness practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach. Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury hospitality standards. Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Must be willing to relocate or currently based in Qatar.
