Job Description

Administers professional massage and body treatments to guests and provides first class treatments. To promote sales of products within the Spa. To clean and prepare treatment rooms before and after each client and to ensure cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms at all times. To respect instructions given by management concerning the usage of products. To ensure a high standard of service is provided for each client. Must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa's specific massage and body treatment offerings Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practice Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered Monitor products, usage and accessories used in the Spa to ensure all budgets are achieved and adhered to Keep the guest consumables, linen, disposable items, and flower decoration if it is required. And make sure that enough items are in the Treatment rooms / Assigned area. Always check assigned room. Keep it clean, and re-stock all products and towels throughout the day. Keep the products (Oil / Cream/ disposable items etc.) required for the treatments prior to the guest arrives to the Spa Make sure that A/C , Room heater, music volume, Aroma burned, Bath towel in the shower area ( If required), decoration of Massage table, disposable items , towels at the wash basin , wet towels in the towel warmer, and the room is ready for the guest All treatment must finish at the appointed time, not sooner or later.
