The Role of the Spa Therapist:
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Spa Therapist to join a new takeover project in the UAE: Al Zorah Beach Resorts in Ajman, UAE, as it embarks on an inspiring transformation journey. This evolution will culminate in the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in late 2026.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver a range of professional treatments to our guests with the highest level of service and care, contributing to a serene and revitalizing spa experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of treatments including massages, facials, Hammams, and body rituals in line with established protocols
• Create a warm, discreet, and welcoming environment while maintaining the highest level of guest comfort and privacy
• Prepare and close spa spaces at the beginning and end of each shift (e.g., amenities, treatment rooms, thermal facilities)
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness in male-only areas in accordance with spa standards
• Assist with linen and towel management during peak hours
• Participate in training sessions and team demonstrations (e.g., new treatment launches, product knowledge)
• Support retail product organization and upkeep of the display area

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment
• Recognized certification in massage therapy or equivalent spa qualifications
• Additional modalities (e.g., reflexology, hot stone, lymphatic drainage) are considered an asset
• Polished, professional appearance with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
• Understanding of luxury service standards, including LQA or Forbes criteria
• Commitment to maintaining hygiene, safety, and wellness protocols at all times
