About the role
The Spa Therapist position performs body treatments according to established protocols of the Pearl Spa ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.
What you will do

• Perform spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs/wraps, and other wellness services.

• Consult with guests to understand their needs and tailor treatments accordingly.

• Ensure high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and equipment.

• Promote spa services and products to guests, including retail offerings.

• Maintain guests' records, including treatment history and preferences.

• Follow all safety, health, and sanitation standards.

• Attend training sessions to stay updated on new techniques and spa offerings.

• Support the overall Pearl Spa environment by providing excellent guest service and assisting team members as needed.

• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Spa Manager or Spa Supervisor.

What you bring

• A minimum of at least 2+ years of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand; preferably female

• Passionate in delivering a great service to guests and is confident to working with a diverse team

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task

• Experienced and high level of understanding & knowledge in various massage styles, body treatments, hammam. facial protocols and wellness practices

• Guest-focused attitude with a passion for health and well-being

• Certification or diploma in massage therapy or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
