Are you able to wow clients with treatments, service, and a positive attitude? Key Responsibilities of a Spa Therapist:
Deliver treatments and service with a 'Yes I Can!' attitude, working as part of a team to impress clients. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their visit, ensuring their needs are met. Adhere to standards for treatment and customer service. Manage individual treatment rooms, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards. Requirements:
Willingness to learn and develop through ongoing training and assessment. Immaculate personal grooming and hygiene, proper uniform at all times. Assist with operational tasks such as laundry, relaxation and changing rooms, and maintaining cleanliness in public areas. Represent the Spa and hotel professionally at all times while on duty.
