- Minimum 5 years of massage experience in a luxury spa environment, preferably within a full-service or luxury hotel or resort.
- Hands on experience in massage techniques (Thai massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point massage, etc.)
- Certifications in spa/treatment/wellness desired.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasing personality and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- HACCP awareness and Basic Computer Skills
