Spa Supervisor/ Receptionist

Story92 a new high end Beauty House located in Business Bay. Seeks to hire an Arabic Speaking Skilled Female Supervisor ready to join immediately. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the beauty/wellness industry. Candidate must have People Management, Inventory Management, Financial Management, and Customer Service skills. Ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative/management experience in a spa/wellness organization. Responsibilities include:
- Lead, monitor and supervise daily operations
- Ensure all cleanliess/hygiene standards are met and all policies and procedures are executed
- Coordinate with all technical staff and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient booking process
- Manage all staff and staff schedules
- Manage all booking enquiries through website and social media channels
- Provide a high quality customer experience to clients, starting from a quick and seamless phone/whatsapp booking process to welcoming guests, creating a luxury relaxing environment for them, explainig the spa menu and packages and cross-selling/up-selling
- Update client records with contact details and services chosen
- Maintain staff records and administrative documents
- Carry out frequent inventory checks and manage inventory effectively
- Carry out regular training sessions with technicians to ensure a high-quality luxury experience
- Contribute to growth and development of the salon
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
