With 361 rooms, eleven distinct dining concepts, including overwater restaurants with views of the Red Sea and the mangroves, and a spa. The resort will be situated next to an 18 hole championship golf course, reflecting Fairmont's association as a world class golf destination. It will set new standards in sustainable development, positioned on 200km of untouched coastline, an archipelago of more than 90 unspoiled islands, dormant volcanoes, rich marine habitat, and ancient archaeological sites.





Raffles The Red Sea is seeking a professional and customer-focused Spa Supervisor to join our luxury resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. As the Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our world-class spa facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of skilled spa professionals.

Manage and coordinate all aspects of spa operations, including treatments, scheduling, and inventory Lead, train, and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff to deliver outstanding service Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase spa revenue Monitor and maintain the quality of spa treatments and services Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for product replenishment Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets and forecasts Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative spa treatments and services Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wellness experiences for guests


Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in spa operations, with a proven track record in a supervisory role Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Proficiency in spa operations management, including scheduling and inventory control In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and current wellness trends Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue management Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the spa industry Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred) Relevant spa or beauty therapy certifications Experience in the luxury hospitality industry is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
