Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years spa experience (1 year in a leadership or senior therapist role) Fluent in English Passion for service excellence and client care Strong ability to train, motivate, and support a team of therapists Must focus on service improvement, timing, and client satisfaction Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to relocate to Dubai
Key Responsibilities
Ensure every client experience is 5-star according to Serenity standards Lead by example in treatment quality, cleanliness, and professionalism Communicate daily with therapists to maintain standards Assist therapists with product knowledge, upselling politely, and service flow Support management team on operational matters
