About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Skin Care Specialist to join our Spa Department in Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• To conduct personal consultations for VIP, regular guests, media and expats
• To be pro-active in daily revenue driving within the spa, mainly driving retail and advanced facial treatment sales
• To co-ordinate spa promotion & media events and provide necessary information about facilities, special promotion & service as requested.
• To conduct spa workshops in order to boost sales and awareness.
• Treatment performance especially VIP, media and demanding guests
• Support reception in role following guest service encounters.
• To conduct spa tours
• To conduct therapist duties
• To maintain retail in-house training program to help boost sales and re-bookings.
• To monitor therapists\' techniques and assist the assistant spa

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• International Diploma in advanced Skincare
• CIDESCO or CIBTAC or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years work experience, in a skin clinic or luxury Spa environment.
