Job Description

We invite dedicated, passionate, creative, and committed candidates to join our team for the position of Spa Receptionist who shall be the Ambassador of creating memorable and personalized experiences and provide an effective service to all guests, ensuring bookings are accurate and occupancy maximized to the guest throughout their retreat at the Resort. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare guests' schedules in advance, assign the right therapist practitioner to the right guest, and ensure bookings are accurate and booked in a suitable time frame.
• Maintain guests' files and history up to date with all necessary information.
• Responsible for the billing of the treatments, charge them into the system and ensure discounts and offers are applied.
• Coordinate with other relevant departments concerning bookings and guests' information that may be beneficial during guests' stay.
• Have knowledge of the types of treatments available and be able to advise guests on treatment procedures and contraindications. Use initiative when dealing with guests who have contra-indications to find suitable alternatives.
• Communicate relevant information to the therapists/practitioners, manager, and senior team.
• Communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or guests in the department that require particular attention.
• Complete and record appropriately the daily checks lists and have a clear understanding of own tasks.
• Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained and immediately report to management raised concerns.
• Handle guests' requests and complaints in a prompt and professional manner to ensure 100% guest experience satisfaction.
• Continuously challenge the operations and procedures and provide suggestions for improvement to the management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with multicultural teams.
• 1 Year of Experience in the same role.
• Computer proficiency (Excel, Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher)

• Knowledge of Spa and beauty treatment

Job Type: Full-time Salary: QAR2,300.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ruwais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
