Spa Receptionist

Job Description

As a spa receptionist, it\'s your job to assist customers who come to the spa. You greet customers and direct them on where to go. In addition, you answer phone calls and manage the spa\'s schedule. It\'s your job to make sure customers have a pleasant experience while at the spa, starting from when they walk in the door until they exit the premises. Additionally, in some facilities, you may offer tours, recommend treatments and sell retail products. You may also be in control of keeping the reception area clean. A large part of your job will be spent handling the following administrative tasks.
  • Manage customer records
  • Handle payments
  • Track equipment and supplies
  • Make copies
  • Explain spa services to customers
  • Keep other employees informed of customers\' needs
  • Handle whatsapp, to make sure to reply to customers and handle broadcasts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Experience:
  • receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
