Job Title: Spa Manager Location: Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-time : As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the spa facility. We are seeking an individual with a passion for wellness, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
- Create and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance the overall spa experience.
- Team Management:
- Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and ensure a high level of service.
- Guest Experience:
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the spa budget, including revenue targets, expenses, and cost control measures.
- Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial objectives.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Explore partnerships and collaborations to enhance the spas visibility in the market.
- Quality Assurance:
- Maintain and enforce hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with industry regulations.
- Conduct regular quality assessments and implement improvements as needed.
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar leadership role within the wellness industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
