The SPA Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the spa. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all spa services are provided in a professional and timely manner. The SPA Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing spa policies and procedures, managing the spa budget, and ensuring that all staff are trained and certified in their respective spa services.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in hospitality, business, or a related field, as well as a minimum of three years of experience in a spa management role. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong customer service orientation.
