Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance:
Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and reconcile invoices, payments, petty cash, and deposits.
Handle accounts payable and receivable using
QuickBooks
.
Generate monthly financial statements and management reports.
Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
Human Resources:
Maintain employee records including contracts, attendance, and leave tracking.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Assist with staff scheduling, benefits administration, and performance reporting.
Coordinate with management to support employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Accountant, HR Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
QuickBooks
.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
