- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations Requirements: - Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and menu planning
- Proficient in using knives and other kitchen equipment
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
