Job Description
South Indian Cook Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
- Ability to cook Kerala food including meals, curries, and other traditional food in its authentic and homely taste
- Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
- Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
- Supervise and manage kitchen team and ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Establish processes to reduce costs and wastage
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
