AL MAHA Catering is seeking a skilled and experienced Cook specializing in South Indian cuisine to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing authentic dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to high-quality catering services.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes, including breakfast items, rice dishes, curries, and snacks. Ensure the highest level of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Manage kitchen operations efficiently during busy schedules. Assist in planning and managing food production for catering services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in cooking South Indian cuisine. Knowledge of large-scale food production or catering is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
