Prepare chutneys, sambar, rasam, and other accompaniments according to traditional recipes
Handle batter preparation and fermentation for dosa and idli
Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards
Manage preparation and timely service of breakfast meals
Monitor stock levels and assist with kitchen inventory and ingredient storage
Follow proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures
Assist in menu planning and daily kitchen preparation
Work efficiently under time constraints, especially during breakfast service hours.
