We are urgently looking for an experienced
South Indian Cook
to join our team. The ideal candidate must be skilled in preparing authentic South Indian dishes with consistency and high quality.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide variety of authentic South Indian dishes (vegetarian and non-vegetarian).
Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals.
Manage kitchen stock and assist in menu planning.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a South Indian cook.
Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
