Job Description
Sous Chef : Qatar Looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join the team in Qatar * As Sous Chef, you will be assisting the Line Manager in managing the kitchen operations * You will plan, organize, direct, and control the day:to:day kitchen operations and represent the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef * Be responsible for the smooth running of food production, supervise the team, and be hands on * Maintain and keep the store organized, place orders, and maintain stock levels * Someone who is a strong leader, with great communication and listening skills * Ability to take initiative, guide, and mentor the team * A minimum of 4 years job:related experience and HACCP certified * Comes from an upmarket, high:end, or 5* hotel background * Experience in quality control, menu and recipe development, and production planning Competitive Salary Package + Benefits Get in touch:
